These rules are presented in two documents for reference: Covenants When we bought our homes, we all were legally bound to follow the "Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Hilltop Estates". Guidelines At the 1998 annual Homeowners Association meeting a document called the "Architectural Guidelines" was adopted. That document has been renamed the "Design Guidelines" and can be viewed by selecting Design under the Guidelines heading.
